that's a good story! I would suspect being able to hack your base levels to such a degree would have an almost inevitable result of a "Catatonic Pleasure Spiral" , where you feel good , decide to feel more good, then make yourself feel more good, worry that you might need to dial it back, and then reflexively dial that anxiety back .
